The Recreation Board is composed of five volunteers from our community who actively organize events and plan for future recreation facilities. In previous years, the Rec Board planned and oversaw the Annual Easter Egg Hunt, the LHT Night at the Reading Phils, and the Annual Party with Santa.
Each of these events comprises many different areas of involvement: venue set up, menu planning, community outreach, phone solicitation, prepping of arts and craft projects, and old-fashioned elbow grease. The Board would welcome any help from the community, whether as ad-hoc committee members or just an hour or two for one of the events. Please consider finding time in your busy schedule to help these very dedicated Board members. If interested, please contact Cheryl Johnson at cjohnson@lowerhbtwp.org or call our office at 610-678-3393.
